PROJECT STAGE: BUYOUT
Customers: General and Subcontractors
Goals at this stage: Provide most cost competitive products and labor plan to fulfill design intent on budget and within construction schedule
PROJECT STAGE: PROCUREMENT
Customers: General and Subcontractors; Manufacturers
Goals at this stage: SDC in-house design team works with Project Architect, General Contractors, and Manufacturers to provide seamless submittal process and on time material release
PROJECT STAGE: CONSTRUCTION
Customers: General and Subcontractors & Manufacturers
Goals at this stage: Coordinate / inventory deliveries. QC spot check to ensure products are up to building standards. Broker third party testing as required for building envelope
